1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wondr.Cam (the "Service"), operated by ASAMARA DIGITAL - FZCO ("Asamara Digital", "we", "us", "our"). Wondr.Cam is a cloud-based service that turns photos of everyday objects — taken by parents, often together with their kids — into stylized, AI-generated collectible cards paired with an age-appropriate challenge. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Wondr.Cam account. Wondr.Cam is designed to be used by a parent or legal guardian ("you", the "Account Holder") together with their own child or children, typically aged 4–12. Children do not register their own accounts and should only use the Service under the supervision of the Account Holder.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register using a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use at info@wondr.cam.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Access to paid features of the Service requires payment. Current pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and is inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's terms at paddle.com/legal/buyers. We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 EU/Swiss Refund Rights

If you are an EU or Swiss consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason — unless you have already begun using the digital content and expressly waived your withdrawal right at purchase. 4.4 Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve payment disputes quickly and fairly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs or use automated scripts to abuse the free tier or generate cards outside normal use
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Upload content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Harass other users or staff
• Impersonate any other person or entity

6. Photos, Cards, and Your Responsibility

6.1 What You Submit

Using Wondr.Cam requires you to capture and submit photos of everyday objects, often together with your child. You are solely responsible for the content of any photo you submit, including the choice of subject and any people who appear in it.

Do not photograph identifiable people other than yourself and your own child(ren) — including other children, other parents, and bystanders — unless you have obtained that person's (or their legal guardian's) explicit consent. Wondr.Cam is designed for photographing objects, not people. We may reject, decline to process, or remove any content that violates this rule or applicable law.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6.2 How We Process Your Photos

You grant Asamara Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your submitted photo — using AI image-generation tools — for the sole purpose of creating your stylized card, and to store and display the resulting card image within the Service.

We do not store your original photo. It is used transiently to generate your card and is then permanently deleted (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3.3, for timing). Only the AI-modified card image is retained, on servers hosted by Lovable in the EU.

6.3 Feedback

Feedback is non-confidential and may be used by us to improve the Service.

6.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you upload or submit, including ensuring you and anyone depicted (or their guardian) consent to its use as described in these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content comprising Wondr.Cam — including product design, challenge and fact content, code, graphics, trademarks, and branding — is the intellectual property of ASAMARA DIGITAL - FZCO or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service, beyond your own card images as described in Section 6.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any arising from photos submitted by you or other users. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Consumer protection rights under EU or Swiss law are not affected.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Transaction records are retained for 5 years for VAT purposes; other data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

For EU/Swiss users: this does not limit your right to bring proceedings before your local courts or to rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence.
